1. What we collect
ViralSharky is a tool for generating hooks, captions, and hashtags from a short description you provide. We collect the text you submit to the generator in order to produce a result. We do not require an account to use the free tool, and we do not ask you to upload video or audio files.
2. How we use it
Description text is used solely to generate your results. If we introduce paid plans or user accounts, we will also collect the minimum information needed to operate them (such as an email address for billing and login), and will update this policy before doing so.
3. Third-party processing
Generation may be powered by our own systems or by third-party AI providers. Where a third-party provider is used, your description text is sent to that provider solely to produce your result and is handled under their own data-processing terms.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use local storage in your browser to remember preferences like your light/dark theme choice and whether you've seen our cookie notice. See our Cookie Policy for details.
5. Data retention & deletion
We do not retain your description text or generated results on our servers beyond what is needed to return a response to you. If accounts are introduced, you will be able to request deletion of your account data at any time.
